Sign-up ends
on the lock screen.
A new member joins, adds one pass, and they're onboarded: no app install, no welcome email nobody opens.

JoinedTodayMost new members are lost before the first visit.
Every extra screen between interest and membership costs you people, and an app download is the most expensive screen there is.
- “Download our app to join”: most people never leave the store page.
- A six-field form, a password to invent, an email to confirm.
- The welcome series lands in Promotions, unopened.
- Nothing on the phone reminds them they joined at all.
- One link, one add to wallet: the wallet is already installed.
- Email or phone number, and nothing else you don't need on day one.
- The welcome message is a push on the lock screen, on the pass they just added.
- The pass itself carries the next step, and updates as they complete it.
Four steps, and none of them is a download.
Meet them where they are
Link, QR code, NFC tag or App Clip. No app store detour, no install.
One field, one tap
The pass is issued and added to the wallet in seconds, welcome reward included.
Value on visit one
Identification and the first discount happen at the till: tap or scan, automatically.
Progressive profiling
Ask for one more detail at a time, on the pass, and update it live.
What an onboarding rollout includes.
Design the join flow once, then run it everywhere: same REST API, same portal as the rest of the platform.
Hosted join pages
Branded sign-up pages behind a link or QR code, or an App Clip on iPhone opened by a tap on an NFC poster. You choose the fields; localized, and no app required from you or the member.
Instant pass issuing
The right wallet is detected on the member's phone; on desktop, a QR code hands the pass to it. Welcome reward already on the pass.
Embed widget
One script tag puts add-to-wallet buttons on your own site or Shopify store. Buttons in twelve languages, matched to the browser.
Preboarding links
Members you already have skip the form entirely: the link carries their identity, they consent, the pass is theirs.
Third-party login
One approval in an identity app the customer already uses fills the form with verified name, email and phone. Vipps and MobilePay today; need a provider in your market? We can look at integrating it.
Welcome push series
Lock-screen nudges timed to the join, the first visit and the first reward. Included.
Your CRM stays the system of record.
Members join through the pass; profiles, consents and points land where your team already works. Two-way sync, no CSV exports.
New members and consents land in Engage as they join; points, vouchers and stamp cards flow back onto the pass.
The join form and its consents mirror your Sitoo CRM settings, and the member is recognized at the till from visit one.
Identification and payment in the same tap on Adyen terminals, from the very first visit. Considering Adyen? We are a partner and can make the introduction.
Log in with Vipps or MobilePay at join: one approval fills the form with verified name, email and phone.
Ask once, record it properly.
Consent is captured at the moment of joining, in your own wording, and synced to your CRM as the source of truth.
Your consents, your wording
Each program defines its own consent texts, required opt-ins and legal text, with your terms and privacy policy linked and you named as the controller.
Granular by channel
Wallet push, email, SMS and personalization are separate permissions, not one bundled checkbox.
Two-way sync with your CRM
A withdrawal in your CRM suppresses the wallet push too, and the other way round, automatically.
GDPR by default
Data minimization at sign-up, and Stell processes member data on your behalf with your CRM as the system of record.
What may we send you?
nb-NO · withdraw any time. Captured at joining and synced to your CRM.
Delete the app download from your join flow, and the join flow stops being where you lose people.
The wallet is already on every phone in the queue. Joining becomes one field and one tap, and the pass keeps working on them after they leave. If you do want the app installed, the pass can carry a link to it, offered once they have joined rather than before.
The four things marketing asks first.
How little can we ask for at sign-up?
An email address or a phone number is enough to issue a pass. Everything else (name, store, birthday, preferences) can be part of the join flow too, but we recommend asking for less: the shorter the flow, the more members finish it, and anything you skip can be asked for later through actions on the pass that link to the member's profile page.
Does this replace our app?
No. It removes the app from the join flow. Members who want the app still install it later, from a pass they already carry, and the ones who never would are members anyway.
Where does the member data land?
In your CRM or loyalty system of record, over REST or a ready-made integration, as it is captured. Stell processes it on your behalf, with your system as the record of truth.
What about the members we already have?
Send them a preboarding link: their identity is in the link, so there is no form. They confirm consent, add the pass, done. Members who share details with an existing account verify with a one-time code by SMS or email first.
