A stamp card
nobody leaves at home.
Stamps, prepaid balances and offers on a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers join from a QR code by the register and identify with a tap or a scan, in the same motion as ordering.

RewardFree pastryThe visit happens every day. The card rarely does.
A café sees its regulars more often than any other business, and knows less about them than most. The stamp card was never the problem; carrying it was.
- A paper card in a jacket pocket, a drawer or the washing machine. The visit happens; the stamp does not.
- An ink stamp anyone can copy, and no idea who is collecting or how often.
- Prepaid cards printed in batches, with a balance nobody can check without asking.
- Regulars you recognize by face and cannot reach once they leave.
- The stamp card is a pass in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, on the phone they are already holding.
- Each stamp is recorded against one customer's pass, by a tap on the reader or a scan of the code.
- Prepaid balances and gift cards on the same pass, topped up and redeemed at the counter.
- A reward that lands on the lock screen, and a message when a regular has not been in for a while.
Four steps, none of them slower than handing over a cup.
A QR code by the register
The customer scans it, or taps a link in the receipt, and the pass is in the wallet. No form and no app, which is the reason people actually join.
A tap or a scan with the order
The customer holds the phone to the reader or shows the code, and the stamp is recorded against their pass in the same motion as paying.
The reward shows up
When the last stamp lands, the pass says the reward is ready and can put that on the lock screen instead of hoping it gets noticed.
A reason to come back
A customer who has not been in for a month gets a nudge on the pass they already carry. Redemption resets the card and the count starts again.
What a café or restaurant launch actually includes.
Everything below ships on the same platform, with a portal for whoever runs the program and one REST API when you want to connect a POS or an ordering system.
Stamp cards
The ten-stamp card without the printing. The count updates within seconds of the visit and the reward appears when it is earned.
Prepaid and gift cards
A balance on the pass, topped up at the counter or online and redeemed with the same tap or scan. No plastic to print or replace.
Tap or scan, whatever is at the counter
A QR or barcode scanner reads the pass on day one. Where the terminal reads NFC, Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap identify the customer in the same gesture as paying. Same pass, either way.
There when they walk past
Location relevance surfaces the pass on the lock screen near the café. For a chain, every location gets its own geofence on the same pass.
Messages that earn their place
Engage, Stell's messaging module, nudges the customer sitting one stamp short and wins back the one who has gone quiet. A frequency cap keeps a stamp card from becoming a nuisance.
Nothing new for staff
The flow is the order flow. A stamp costs nothing at the counter, and every stamp and redemption is visible in the portal afterward.
Start with a scanner. Grow into a program.
A single café needs a pass and a scanner. A chain needs the same thing at every counter, plus the segments and offers that make a program worth running. Both are the same platform.
Every location, one program
Stamps collected at any counter count toward the same reward, and a prepaid balance spends at all of them. One template, changed once, updates every live pass. Stamp cards
Offers for the quiet hours
A coupon issued to a segment rather than to everyone, redeemed at the counter with the same tap or scan, and counted per campaign instead of per click. Coupons
Points, when stamps run out
When the menu is too wide for a ten-stamp card, the same pass carries points and tiers instead. Which mechanic fits which business is a choice we help you make. Choosing your loyalty mechanic
Check the hardware at your counter
A pass carries a barcode or QR code for the scanner you already have. Whether a payment terminal also reads it by tap depends on the model and on the software your payment provider runs on it. The reader directory lists the models with documented support today.
What cafés and restaurants ask first.
Do we need a till integration?
No. A scanner or an NFC reader at the counter is enough to identify the pass, and stamps can be recorded from the portal or through the API. Where your POS can take part, it talks to Stell over REST, and PCKasse and Sitoo are partners.
How does a customer get the pass?
From a QR code by the register, a link in the receipt, or a link on your website or in an email. The join flow ends with the pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no app to install and no account to create first.
Can one pass work across all our locations?
Yes. The pass belongs to the program rather than to one shop, so stamps collected at any location count toward the same reward, and a balance spends anywhere.
What stops a stamp card being shared around a table?
Each stamp is recorded against one customer's pass, so the count belongs to a person rather than to a piece of paper. For NFC passes, account binding also ties the pass to the customer's own wallet account, so it cannot be handed on.
Can we run prepaid balances and gift cards on the same platform?
Yes. A gift card pass carries a balance that is redeemed and topped up at the counter, and it lives beside the stamp card in the same wallet. Both are issued, updated and reported from the same portal.
What happens when the connection drops?
The pass keeps working. The code renders and the NFC payload reads on the customer's phone without a round trip to any backend. Stamps and balance updates queue and apply when the connection returns.
